Our wedding weekend Welcome Reception will be hosted by Barry & Linda Novak on Friday, September 19th at Domaine Carneros in the Napa Valley. The reception begins at 6:30pm with complimentary guest shuttles departing from the Hyatt Fisherman's Warf at 5pm. All wedding guests are invited and encouraged to attend. Dress is cocktail attire - no ties. We hope you'll join us for a relaxed wine country reception on the lovely outdoor terrace. Great family and friends, wonderful food & wine, fabulous scenery, eloquent toasts, embarrassing photos, memories from Paris and funny stories are sure to be plentiful! About the Chateau House at Domaine Carneros by Tattiner - the vineyard is located atop one of the rolling hills in the southernmost "Carneros" region of the Napa Valley. This classic French-style chateau was designed after the Chateau de la Marquettrie in Epernay France; a property of Domaine Carneros principal founder, Champagne Tattinger. The winery is know for producing superior sparkling wines and pinot noir as well as for it's lovely setting with a grand terrace overlooking elegant gardens and spectacular sunset views of this famous wine-producing countryside. If you prefer to drive yourself - DIRECTIONS: Domaine Carneros is on Highway 12/121 at Duhig Road between Napa and Sonoma, one hour north of San Francisco or Oakland. From San Francisco: Take Highway 101 North across the Golden Gate Bridge. Take The Highway 37 East exit in Novato. At the second stop light turn left onto Highway 121. Highway 121 will become 12\121 as it veers toward Napa. Follow to Duhig Road. From Oakland: Take Highway 80 East. Exit onto Highway 37 West. In Vallejo, turn right onto Highway 29. Where the road divides, stay to the left towards Sonoma on Highway 29 and go over the skyway. At the stop light at the bottom of the skyway turn left onto Highway 12\121 toward Sonoma. Follow to Duhig Road. From Sacramento: Take Highway 80 West onto Highway 37 West. Follow directions above from Highway 37.
